By connecting your wallet to Rollmint, you agree that you are using a decentralized interface to interact with smart contracts on the Base Blockchain.

1. No Custody

Rollmint is a non-custodial marketplace. We never have access to your private keys or assets. You are entirely responsible for the safety of your wallet and funds.

2. No Guarantee of Value

NFTs are volatile assets. We make no promises regarding the value, stability, or liquidity of any asset traded on the platform. Do your own research (DYOR) before minting or buying.

3. Content & Copyright

Rollmint allows users to mint content directly to IPFS and the Blockchain. We do not manually curate or moderate content pre-minting. However, the frontend interface reserves the right to hide collections that violate laws or contain illegal content, even though the underlying assets remain on the blockchain.

4. Smart Contract Risk

While our contracts have been tested, all software carries risk. Only deposit funds you can afford to lose. Rollmint is provided "AS IS" without valid warranty of any kind.
